LIVBRE: MINI ZINE
Livbre is the product of a collaboration with Free Minds Book Club and Writing Workshop. Free Minds is a nonprofit that uses books, creative writing, and peer support to help incarcerated and formerly incarcerated youths. This zine was produced by a fully online team during the Covid-19 pandemic, and published both online and in print.

An exercise in the design and development of multi-page layouts based on provided content from The Elements of Typographic Style by Robert Bringhurst. The result is a glossary (interior layout and cover) that focuses on the themes of organization and utility of glyphs and their subsequent unicodes.

Another exercise in the design and development of book layouts. From ideation to completion. Based on provided content from the Elements of Style by William Strunk, Jr., the result is a booklet (interior layout and cover) that follows the project’s guidelines of using only typography and a maximum of two typefaces and four fonts.
